What the treatment entails

Skin cleansed and pre-wax oil applied to protect the skin.

Hard or warm wax chosen for the area.
- 3
Tweezer finish and a soothing post-wax balm.
Before your appointment
- AuraLuxe requires a patch test for current Italwax waxing at least 24 hours before treatment, unless a stricter exact product/manufacturer or insurer rule applies. Previous waxing does not automatically waive testing, and we do not use a universal 3-, 6- or 12-month wax-test expiry.
- Leave two to three weeks of growth (around 5mm).
- Stop retinoids, acids and exfoliants on the area for five days beforehand.
Aftercare
- Keep the area clean and product-free for 24 hours.
- No make-up, sunbeds, saunas or heavy exercise for 24 hours.
- Some redness for a few hours is normal.
Who it suits
Quick, precise facial hair removal with a clean finish.
Not suitable if
Roaccutane within the last six months, active cold sores, sunburn, or recent peels and laser.
