What the treatment entails

We check which treatments you're planning, so we test the right products.

Your therapist applies a small amount of each relevant product following that product's own manufacturer protocol.

We talk you through what to look out for before your treatment appointment.

You leave — the whole visit takes about five minutes and costs nothing.
Before your appointment
- Book your patch test before the treatment appointment it relates to.
- Come with the test area clean and free of moisturiser, fake tan or make-up.
- Tell us about any previous reaction to tint, lifting or lamination products.
Aftercare
- Leave the test area dry and uncovered for a while after your visit.
- Contact us before your appointment if you notice any itching, redness or swelling at the test site — we'll adjust or cancel the booking.
- We'll tell you at the visit how long your patch test stands for and when we'd repeat it.
Who it suits
Anyone booking a tint, lash lift, brow lamination, hybrid stain, or any waxing with us — facial, body or intimate — and anyone returning after a long gap.
Not suitable if
Tick both wax products if you are booking more than one waxing area, so we test the warm strip wax and the hard wax together. If you are unsure which applies, tell us and we will advise. We can't test on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin.
