How it works with courses
Upgrade rules, in plain terms
All online courses are fully online
You buy and study the online route without an automatic academy day included.
Optional in-house mentoring
Every online course can add optional in-house mentoring, priced separately, without changing your original online enrolment.
Convert to 1:1
You can convert an online course to the private in-house route on mutually available dates, paying the balance between the in-house price and the online price.
Convert to a group date
You can join an available scheduled group route and pay the balance between the group price and the online price — subject to dates, capacity, prerequisites and model requirements.
Your online payment is protected
What you paid online is credited against your chosen upgrade. Upgrade balance = academy route price less the online price already paid.
Reduced duration needs a qualification
A shorter route requires a recognised prior qualification. Experience or confidence alone doesn't qualify for the shorter price, and certificates are checked before we quote.
Certificate titles, accreditation wording, durations, prices and eligibility are confirmed with you in writing before you enrol — we check your certificates first, because prior qualifications can shorten some routes. Kit and supplies costs are always quoted separately from the training fee.
