AuraLuxe is a professional beauty studio and an accredited training academy in Midleton, Co. Cork — two dedicated treatment and training spaces, run to salon standard. Treatments and teaching sit side by side, because doing both is what keeps both exceptional.
If you knew us as American Beauty Academy & Salon, you're in the right place. The name changed to AuraLuxe Professional as the studio and the academy grew into what they are now — the same team, the same Midleton studio, the same standards, with a broader range of treatments and a properly accredited training programme behind them.
Meet Alexis
The founder
Alexis founded AuraLuxe after years behind the treatment couch. She still treats clients every week alongside teaching — so the techniques you learn, or have done on you, are the ones used daily on the studio floor.
Appointments are booked with time to talk through what you actually want: the shape that suits your face, the tan that suits your skin tone, the aftercare that keeps it looking right. If something isn't right for you on the day, she'll tell you and suggest the alternative rather than pushing on.

ABT-accredited courses carry an AuraLuxe certificate with ABT accreditation and are intended to support insurance eligibility. Acceptance is always at your insurer's discretion — please confirm with your insurer and check the requirements of the country you work in before booking.
Certificate titles, accreditation wording, durations, prices and eligibility are confirmed with you in writing before you enrol — we check your certificates first, because prior qualifications can shorten some routes. Kit and supplies costs are always quoted separately from the training fee.
