How we use your details

We use your name, contact details and message to answer your studio enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange your appointment.

Name and either email or phone are needed so we can reply. Everything else is optional.

Sending this form does not sign you up to marketing. Marketing is a separate, optional tick-box and you can withdraw it at any time.

Enquiries are reviewed 12 months after our last contact.

Use the live treatment booking whenever a suitable slot is available. This fallback request does not reserve a slot — an appointment is confirmed only when AuraLuxe confirms it in writing.

Deposits & cancellations

  • A deposit holds your appointment and comes off the balance you pay in the studio. Under €50 the deposit is 20% of the treatment total, with a €10 minimum, and never more than the treatment price. From €50 to €119.99 it is 30%. From €120 it is 50%. A free patch test has no deposit. When more than one treatment is booked together, one deposit is taken on the full visit total. The amount is rounded to the nearest cent.
  • You can move your appointment free of charge with more than 24 hours' notice — the deposit moves with you.
  • Cancelling, or not attending, inside 24 hours means the deposit is not refunded, as the time can rarely be filled at short notice.
  • Repeated no-shows may be asked to pay for the treatment in full before their next booking.
