Every VTCT/ITEC applicant starts with an AuraLuxe initial assessment. We review your existing qualifications, experience, goal, prior learning and assessment requirements before we confirm the correct regulated route.
If you already hold relevant qualifications or have completed eligible AuraLuxe learning, we review that evidence for recognition of prior learning (RPL). You do not automatically repeat learning that can properly be mapped to the qualification.

We confirm the practical, observed, written, micro-teach, model, exam or portfolio evidence required for the exact qualification.
Support and readiness
We identify learning, literacy, digital or reasonable-adjustment support that may be needed and agree a realistic completion plan.
Fee, registration and QA
We confirm the total fee, deposit schedule, awarding-body registration, IQA and any EQA sampling requirements before formal enrolment.

Assessment first. Payment only after your route is approved.
There is no charge to submit the initial assessment. After review, AuraLuxe confirms the exact qualification route, total fee, deposit/payment schedule, registration requirements and assessment plan in writing. A secure payment link is issued only after the route is approved.

Enrol & register
After you accept the plan and payment is verified, formal enrolment and awarding-body registration can proceed as separate controlled steps.
Submitting this form starts your initial assessment only. Nothing is booked, paid or registered with an awarding body at this stage. AuraLuxe reviews your evidence first and confirms the approved route, fee and next steps in writing.

Initial assessment

Step 2
Route approval & payment plan
AuraLuxe confirms your qualification, RPL position, assessment plan, total fee and deposit/payment schedule in writing. If the route is suitable, we send your secure payment link.
Step 3
Formal enrolment & registration
After the required payment is verified, we complete the enrolment steps, arrange awarding-body registration when due and release the correct learning and assessment journey.
A submitted initial assessment is not an enrolment. Formal registration only follows an approved route, accepted terms and verified payment.
