Your deposit secures your place, and your course theory is issued once your enrolment is confirmed. Any remaining practical or in-studio element, along with transfers, cancellations and balances, stays subject to the course terms confirmed to you and to your statutory rights. Your first payment of €199.99 is the controlled price of the online course, which is the value of the digital theory content issued to you following enrolment confirmation. It is credited in full towards your route price, and the balance for your practical training remains subject to the confirmed course terms and your statutory rights.

Academy products and consumables are supplied for your training. Kits are optional and always priced separately. Payment, cancellation and transfer terms are the terms shown and confirmed to you for this booking or enrolment — see our cancellation information. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Immediate access to your course theory

I expressly consent to AuraLuxe supplying my course theory content, and to my access being issued as soon as my enrolment is confirmed — which will be during the 14-day cancellation period. I acknowledge that once that digital content has been supplied I lose my statutory right to cancel in respect of it.

This is required by law before paid digital content can be released inside the cancellation period. Course access is issued following enrolment confirmation, normally within one working day. It applies to the theory content only — it does not make the rest of your course non-refundable. If you would rather keep the full 14-day cancellation right, don't tick this box: email alexis@auraluxe.ie and we will hold your theory access until the period has passed.

How we use your details

We use your details to record your enrolment, take payment through Stripe, issue your learning access and administer your course, attendance and certification.
