An online course is paid in full at checkout. On a practical or blended route your First Course Payment is the online course price for that same course, because your complete online theory is released straight away: it is credited in full towards your route price, and the balance is payable before your practical days. Where a route has no equivalent online course, we confirm the amount due with you in writing before any payment is taken. Your course theory is issued to you once your enrolment is confirmed. Kits are always optional and charged separately.

Course snapshot
Duration
The beginner route is 2 full academy days and assumes no previous training in this treatment.
There is no standard reduced route for this course at present. If you have relevant prior qualifications, ask us for an individual plan and we'll map them course by course.
A reduced duration requires a recognised prior qualification. Experience or confidence alone doesn't qualify for the shorter price, and we check certificates and unit content before quoting or booking.
Real training at AuraLuxe Academy
Ways to study
The two-day academy route remains required when converted.
Fully online
Buy the online route and work through the theory, video and visual materials at your own pace. No academy day is included automatically.
Blended
Online theory first, then in-house practical attendance in the Midleton studio to develop and be assessed on technique.
Private 1:1
The whole route delivered one-to-one on mutually available dates — the most flexible option.
Scheduled group
Join an available group date, subject to capacity, prerequisites and model requirements.
If you start online and upgrade
Convert to 1:1. Where a private practical route is offered, you can convert on mutually available dates by paying the applicable route balance.
Convert to a group date. Where a scheduled group route is offered, you can join an available date and pay the applicable balance — subject to capacity, prerequisites and model requirements.
Your online payment is protected. Where the online course is the controlled theory component of an eligible upgrade, what you paid online is credited against that route.
Reduced duration needs a qualification. A shorter route requires a recognised prior qualification. Experience or confidence alone doesn't qualify for the shorter price, and certificates are checked before we quote.
Your progression
Every VTCT/ITEC applicant starts with an AuraLuxe initial assessment. We review your existing qualifications, experience, goal, prior learning and assessment requirements before we confirm the correct regulated route.
Step 1
Initial assessment
Tell us what you want to achieve, what qualifications and experience you already hold, and provide the evidence we need to review your route.
Step 2
Route approval & payment plan
AuraLuxe confirms your qualification, RPL position, assessment plan, total fee and deposit/payment schedule in writing. If the route is suitable, we send your secure payment link.
Step 3
Formal enrolment & registration
After the required payment is verified, we complete the enrolment steps, arrange awarding-body registration when due and release the correct learning and assessment journey.
A submitted initial assessment is not an enrolment. Formal registration only follows an approved route, accepted terms and verified payment.
If you already hold relevant qualifications or have completed eligible AuraLuxe learning, we review that evidence for recognition of prior learning (RPL). You do not automatically repeat learning that can properly be mapped to the qualification.
There is no charge to submit the initial assessment. After review, AuraLuxe confirms the exact qualification route, total fee, deposit/payment schedule, registration requirements and assessment plan in writing. A secure payment link is issued only after the route is approved.
Interested in a regulated VTCT/ITEC qualification? Complete the initial assessment so AuraLuxe can review your eligibility, prior learning and correct route before payment.

Good to know
AIT Accredited courses carry an AuraLuxe certificate with AIT accreditation and are intended to support insurance eligibility. Acceptance is always at your insurer's discretion — please confirm with your insurer and check the requirements of the country you work in before booking.
Certificate titles, accreditation wording, durations, prices and eligibility are confirmed with you in writing before you enrol — we check your certificates first, because prior qualifications can shorten some routes. Kit and supplies costs are always quoted separately from the training fee.
